Find linked issues on the board
The red Blocked and violet Blocking chips on a card open a panel that lists the linked issues. Knowing that #42 blocks this card was useful; finding #42 on a busy board was the next job, and the connector lines only help when the card is on screen.
Each row in the panel now says where that card is: In Review, In Progress, or whichever column holds it. It names the column even when your filters hide the card or its column is collapsed, so you know what to clear or expand. An issue the board hasn't loaded, such as one that closed a while ago, reads Not on this board. Screen readers hear the location with the link.
The filter bar's two toggles, Blocked and Blocking, are now one: Blocked/Blocking. It shows every card with either chip. With two separate toggles, choosing Blocked hid the very cards doing the blocking, so the chain you were trying to untangle was always half off screen. Now the blocker and the cards it holds up stay side by side. Like every filter, it is kept in the page address, so a link you share keeps it, and an older link that used either of the two old toggles turns on the new one.
One limit is GitLab's, not ours: GitLab only stores blocking links on its paid tiers, so on a GitLab Free project these chips, and the toggle, never appear.
